- Brush your teeth when you feel like eating
- Clean something gross when you want to eat (Litter box, Toilet)
- Use smaller plates and utensils so it seems like you ate more
- Drink water between every bite to feel fuller faster
- Drink a glass of water every hour to feel fuller
- Hang up clothes that are to small or that you want to fit to motivate you
- Less than 6 hours of sleep every night can lower your metabolism by up to 15%
- Out of the house... away from food and people that can give you trouble for not eating
- Join a pro-ana website or create your own to stay motivated
- DONT buy food
- Sitting up straight burns 10% more calories
- Never eat anything more than a cup your stomach will expand and you will feel hungry more often
- Eat in front of a mirror naked... see how much you can eat then!
- Take a revealing picture of yourself (In bikini), look at it when you want to eat
- Smoking cigarettes curbs appetite
- Count to 100 before eating something bad, by then you will have convinced yourself not to eat it
- Weigh yourself everyday, this will cause you to push yourself more
- Never eat out of the container and never go back for seconds
- Try to follow the four D's
>Distance yourself from food
>Distract yourself
>Delay eating
>Decide your true goals
- 7-7 rule: Don't eat before 7am and after 7pm
- Hang up thinspo pics to remind yourself of how you want to look
- NEVER eat in secret
- Don't eat while distracted. Make sure you're focused on eating and make a conscious decision about what you're eating
- Only take the amount of food you're going to eat. Don't take more just because you're not having seconds
- Eat dense foods so it feels like more to your body
